Her career has spanned leadership roles in home lending, credit and compliance, business development, and customer strategy — giving her a deep understanding of the lending landscape from both sides of the equation.
Before founding Radian Home Loans, Annette led high-performing teams at Macquarie Bank, driving success through personalised coaching, strategic oversight, and a relentless focus on client outcomes. Her time as a Business Development Manager and Variations Manager means she knows exactly what it takes to get loans approved — and how to guide clients through the process with clarity and confidence.
