Raising a Concern or Making a Complaint

If something hasn’t gone quite right, we’re committed to resolving it quickly, fairly, and with care. Please reach out to us in writing with the details of your concern so we can fully understand and investigate the issue.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within one business day and resolve most issues within five business days. If more time is required, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

External Dispute Resolution – AFCA

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint after going through our internal process, you can escalate the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) — a free, independent service that helps resolve complaints between consumers and financial service providers.
